Cyrus Todiwala OBE: Mr Todiwala’s Spice Box | Saturday 1pm

Not many chefs would dare to base an entire cookbook around just ten recipes but, armed with his special spice box and a selection of fresh ingredients, Cyrus has conjured up an astonishing range of 120 dishes, from prawn masala omelette and spiced roast chicken with rum to ginger, garlic and saffron crème brulee. And with an OBE, three successful London restaurants and a host of TV and Radio appearances to his name, who could do it better? Known for his refined, elegantly spiced and sophisticated blending of Western and Indian flavours, Cyrus joins us ahead of the launch of his new book, Mr Todiwala’s Spice Box, sure to spice up mealtimes.
