My Heritage - a Celebration

We are proud that this year RGS will be hosting its 1st Heritage Week, when students will develop a greater appreciation of their own heritage and the heritage of others. 

Heritage week will culminate in a celebration of heritage event and we are delighted to invite you to our evening of celebration on Tuesday 30th April.

The evening will showcase presentations, songs, recitals and speeches by students on Heritage and what it means to them. There will also be a Caribbean Steel Band, Dhol drumming and Bhangra dancing to add a vibrant splash of music to this multi-cultural celebration.

There is no charge for the event, but we would be grateful if you could book tickets for family and friends via Little Box Office. 

There will be an interval at which the RGS Parents’ Association, who are kindly supporting this event, will provide a variety of snacks and refreshments.

Our celebration of our Heritage will develop a greater sense of belonging and appreciation in our students and community and we would love for you to join us in Queen’s Hall to make the evening a memorable celebration. We very much look forward to seeing you there!
