Elaine’s formative creative life began in Rothbury, Northumberland, from there she successfully completed her degree in Theatre Design at  Slade College of Art in London. Following  successful free-lance career working numerous prestigious theatres, she joined  the BBC as a Scenic artist. 
Painting was always her first love so we will be exhibiting a selection of Elaine’s final works as well as some treasures we discovered in her portfolios. PLEASE NOTE THE GALLERY WILL BE HOSTING SCHOOL VISITS ON MONDAY 7 and TUESDAY 8 NOVEMBER BETWEEN 10am and 2pm and MAY BE TEMPORARILY CLOSED DURING THESE TIMES.
