A celebration of the work of renowned designer Tony Walton.
Born in Walton-on-Thames, Tony had an extraordinarily long
and successful career designing sets and costumes for theatre,
TV and films such as Mary Poppins and All That Jazz (for which
he won an Oscar). Riverhouse Barn and the Robert Phillips
Gallery are delighted to be able to hold this retrospective exhibition
showcasing Tony's life and work.
Curated by Laurence Brown, with the help of Tony's family and
friends. With special thanks to Elaine Paige for kindly lending us
two of her costumes from the 1987 production of 'Anything Goes'.
