Shrouded in Silence Artists' Talk

Artists’ Talk – Shrouded in Silence
Thursday 15 February 2024
7pm – 8pm

Free – but places are limited so please book ahead.
An opportunity to meet the artists exhibiting in the Shrouded in Silence Exhibition in the Robert Phillips Gallery, Riverhouse Arts Centre, from 7 February to 10 March 2024.
During the event, you will have the unique opportunity to hear from Mary Branson, Karl Newman, Annalees Lim and Luna Russell as they talk about their work and share their concepts and techniques. This will provide a deeper understanding of the art pieces and the artists' perspectives.
The talk will also provide insight into the wider Shrouded in Silence project, which focuses on the topic of death. This subject is often difficult to discuss, which is why the project has been designed to approach it with empathy and creativity. The project includes a range of artworks, talks, films, podcasts and workshops that will take place across venues in Surrey from February to June 2024.
