From Page to Stage - A Workshop with Martin Jenkins

Our Patron, Martin Jenkins, talks informally about the role played by the director when working on a play with particular reference to Shakespeare's King Lear (if you have a copy, do bring it along).  During a career stretching over 60 years, Martin progressed from assistant director at the RSC to Founding Artistic Director of The Everyman Theatre, Liverpool and finally Chief Producer Drama (Radio) with the BBC.
He still works today as a freelancer!
