Food Matters- An interactive and hands-on talk and workshop



This informative and hands-on workshop, led by BANT Registered Nutritionist Louise Jenner-Clarke, is supported by Tesco, who will be providing tasty food samples.

Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop and discover the crucial roles that Zinc, Vitamin D, and Vitamin B12 play. Learn why food is essential to your health and well-being, and deepen your knowledge about the power of nutrition.

Sarah from Riverhouse Barn Community Cafe will talk about how she transforms surplus food into delicious meals which help saving perfectly edible food from going into landfill. There will be a food tasting session host by Riverhouse Barn Community Cafe.
