GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The event will continue regardless of weather except in extreme circumstances.
2. Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
3. Venue management will not accept responsibility for injury, or loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue.
4. The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
5. You will be given a specific time slot on your ticket. Please arrive a maximum of 10 minutes before your slot.
6. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed access to the event and we cannot promise to reschedule tickets.
7. There is a maximum of 2 free adults per one child ticket.
8. Children 9 months and above require a ticket. Babies in arms are welcome to attend for free but will not receive a present from Santa due to suitability of gifts.
9. Parties must contain at least one child 12 months or over to attend the event.
10. Adults to be accompanied by at least one paying child.
11. Photography is permitted within family groups / parties. There will be no professional photographer.
12. Parental supervision is needed at all times during the event.
13. We try to minimise waiting time as much as possible but Father Christmas is very chatty and likes to give every child a quality experience! If possible, please bring something to amuse your child.
14. Recommended pay parking in local Swan Centre carpark.
15. All tickets are non cancellable under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional charges) Regulations 2013. As we are providing a service related to leisure activities your statutory rights are not affected.
16. The use of ticket(s) will constitute acceptance of these conditions by the holder.
