General Terms and Conditions of Admission for Screen25 C.I.C.
1. Definitions
1.1 “Customer” means ticket buyer and anyone visiting Screen25 events, whether or not they have purchased a ticket.
2. Introduction
2.1 These Terms of Admission, are general and may be amended from time to time.
2.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. Age Restrictions
3.1 We are required to refuse admission to anyone who is below the minimum age required by the relevant classification.
3.2 We reserve the right to ask for proof at any time you are on our premises.
4. On-line Purchases
4.1 By requesting tickets for events via our website you are placing a booking request for them under these terms which are binding once your card has been debited.
4.2 A confirmation booking reference will be displayed on your screen and emailed to you.
4.3 The email confirmation of your booking will set out the details of the tickets purchased and the total amount paid.
4.4 Screen25 will take reasonable steps to safeguard the security of any card information you impart, however, you acknowledge that the Internet is not entirely secure and we shall not be liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of any such information.
4.5 Members must enter their details at the time of purchasing to claim any discount. It is not possible to amend the booking once it has been completed.
4.6 Transactions will appear on your card/bank statement as a payment to SCREEN25.
4.7 Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged except on the cancellation or substantial alteration of the performance.
5. Booking Fees
5.1 The full costs of booking fees are paid by Screen25.

7. Loyalty / Membership
7.1 All paid memberships / loyalty plans have a duration of one month payable by direct debit only, and are automatically renewed until the customer opts to cancel their subscription.
7.2 The membership can only be used on events organised by Screen25. It cannot be used on film screenings organised by external parties (unless stated).
7.3 Members must be aged 15 or over.
7.4 Membership is valid only for the named holder and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
7.5 Members must present their membership card to obtain free tickets and benefits. If a Member fails to arrive with his or her membership card the management reserve the right to refuse to satisfy the request.
7.7 Screen25 reserves the right to withdraw any offers with local and national partners from the Membership benefits.
7.8 Members and their guests must respect the premise and property of our host venues and treat the staff with courtesy and good manners.
8. Data
8.1 Personal Data: We collect Personal Data from you when you provide such information. The data we may collect includes without limitation your name, address, email address, postcode and other personally identifiable information. If a Buyer voluntarily provides further information in connection with registration for an event or otherwise, it will be available to us and will be held by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
8.2 Non Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, we often conduct research on our customer demographics, interests and behaviour based on Personal Data and other information that we have collected. This research may be compiled and analysed on an aggregate basis and this aggregate information does not identify you personally and therefore is considered and treated as Non-Personal Data under this Privacy Policy.
9. Data usage
9.1 Personal Data: We use the Personal Data we collect in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. We may use the Personal Data as follows: If you provide Personal Data in order to obtain access to or use of the Membership Service or any functionality thereof, we will use the Data to provide you with access to or use of the Services or functionality and to monitor your use of such Services or functionality. For instance, if you supply information to become a member (e.g. address and credit or debit card information), we will use that information to facilitate such purchase and process your membership.
9.2 Marketing: We may use your Personal Data to contact you in the future for our marketing and advertising purposes, including without limitation to inform you about services or events we believe might be of interest to you, to develop promotional or marketing materials and provide those materials to you, and to display content and advertising on or off the Services that we believe might be of relevance to you. You have the right to opt out of any email marketing at any time.
10. Jurisdiction
10.1 This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England. Any action you or we bring to enforce this agreement shall only be brought in the courts of England and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
