Access Aquarium & Seal Cove  - Time slots for September 2021- 
* H&S notice- Adults and Children over 12 must continue to wear face coverings in indoor public places this includes SeaQuarium, Updated 6/8/21 In line with Welsh Government guidance

• Open daily at 10.am - 5pm (last admissions at 4pm)   
SEE THE DEMONSTRATIONS TIMES BELOW  ADD (seal add on addtional cost of £2.50 on selected time slots) per paying person on your booking, under 3's don't need an allocted seat for the demonstrations.

Book a seat at 1.00pm for Seal demonstration  (seal add on) arrive before 12.55pm to be comfortable sat down in your seat.
Book a seat at 3.00pm for Seal demonstration  (seal add on) arrive before 2.55pm to be comfortable sat down in your seat.


Pick your arrival time slot there will be a 15 minute slot on the booking system (this will avoid queuing) at the admission desk
ALL VISITS ARE 2.30 HOURS TIME SLOTS FROM ARRIVAL TIMES INTO THE AQUARIUM/ SEALCOVE.
example arrival at the admission and checked in at 11.15am, you and family group will need to leave at 13.45pm  

Pick your time slot and your ticket is only valid during the time block you selected.
You can access the Aquarium and visit the Seals Cove, if you booked/purchased an upgrade ticket you can select a seat and watch the daily Seal demostrations.
(please select add-ons for Seal demostrations to reserve your seat or space and arrive on time as we need to start promptly 11am-1pm-3pm) 
Once demonstrations has started late arrivals will not be permitted entry - (Ticketing T&Cs apply when booking) Seal cove add ons are non-refundable or transferable. 
Please arrive on time and be prepared to depart at the end of your time block. This will ensure our team will be able to clean and sanitise the exhibits between visitor groups.

Please note:
Team members will be undertaken in-depth cleaning regime during the day 
• No re-entry after your time slot has expired.
* All tickets purchased online are valid for one occasion at the timed booked slots, tickets and Seal Cove add ons are non-refundable or transferable and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
* Seal Cove is situated outdoors, seating area has no cover so please be prepared to bring or wear suitable clothing for all weathers as the demostrations will still go ahead in rain and wind. 
*Visitors are advised to check any travel restrictions for Wales before traveling to visit the area.
*Due to social distancing guidelines (including adults and children)   - booking of 6 adults per booking are only allowed to go around the Aquarium in one group- under3's are not included in the 6.

T&C's
Due to health and safety we will issue everyone who is expempt from wearing a face mask with a expempt ticket on admission as part of SeaQuarium admission policy.  
Face Mask need to be worn at all times indoors, anyone expempt need to wear a lanyand or a print out card will be accepted, sensitively approach at all times with be taken by our team.- Entry may be refused due to Government guidelines.
All guests will be asked to sanitise their hands on arrival and exiting the areas.
SeaQuarium strongly suggests that all guests who are able to wear a mask, do so. Masks will be available at our reception for those who might need to purchase one.
Guests must follow the instructions of the SeaQuarium social distances co-ordinator, who are there to control flow and safe distancing procedures.

*Tesco clubcard vouchers can only be exchanged for Admission Aquarium tickets only, please reserve your tickets and make a booking online you will need to bring your Tesco SQR code with you on the day to redeem at admission. If you want to see the Seal Demonstration at 11am, 1pm 3pm please arrive promptly at the Seal Cove and include (Seal add on £2.50 per paying person) into your cart. Add ons will need to be paid for cash or card on the day.
