Use of the Showoff Dance Box Office
Your use of this website is subject to the following conditions and you should not use this website unless you accept these conditions:
1. The information contained in this website has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about performances and making online bookings for these performances.
2. By accessing this site you will be assuming all risks associated with the use of this site, including risk of your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via the Showoff Dance box office site or your access to it.
3. You will only use this website for personal private use.
Conditions of Sale
• Tickets cannot be refunded. Once purchased, your ticket is your responsibility. The Showoff Dance cannot refund its value to you under any circumstances.
• Performers in the Little Kids show must be collected after they have performed their section at the start of the show.
• Little Kids performance tickets do not have seats allocated, instead you are able to sit wherever you like in the theatre when presenting a Little Kids show ticket.
• Anybody who wishes to watch both the Main Show and the Little Kids show must purchase a Main Show ticket and get in touch with us so we can send them a free Little Kids show ticket.
• If you wish for an extra seat for your performing Little Kid to watch the Main Show an additional ticket must be purchased and you may take your Little Kid to their seat once they have performed in the Little Kids show.
• Small children are not permitted to sit on laps, every child / adult must have a seat for each performance, pushchairs and carry chairs are not permitted under any circumstance.
• Showoff dance reserves the right to ask any adult or minor member of the audience to leave if causing disruption to the evening’s performance.
• No parents are allowed backstage during the show at anytime unless requested or given authorisation from Showoff Dance, any individual who is found in a undesignated area will be asked to return to the auditorium or the foyer or leave the premises immediately.
• All tickets must be printed / shown on a phone on entrance to theatre. Those who are unable to produce a ticket will not be allowed to watch the performance
• Photography and video recording is not permitted during any of our performances, however we do hire a professional videographer who creates DVDs for you to re-live the magic of our shows again at home.
Data Protection
Under the Data Protection Act and the Privacy Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Personal data you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service that you have requested. Once you have booked tickets with the Showoff Dance box office your details will be held on our database. From time to time we may send you information about the Showoff Dance and its programme of events. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us by sending an email at unsubscribesod[at]thelittleboxoffice[dot]com. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.
