Conditions of Sale
Tickets cannot be refunded. Once purchased, your ticket is your responsibility. Speen Festival cannot refund its value to you under any circumstances. However Speen Festival may be able to offer an alternative performance date subject to availability and at the discretion of the company (contact Speen Festival for details).

Under the Data Protection Act and the Privacy Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Personal data you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service that you have requested. Once you have booked tickets with the Speen Festival box office your details will be held on our database. Unless you opt-out of receiving further information when purchasing tickets your email address will be added to the Speen Festival Newsletter subscription list, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the ‘Unsubscribe’ links in Newsletter emails you receive. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.
