Culinary delights are on the menu for RedTIE theatre as they serve up “The Woman Who Cooked Her Husband” by Debbie Isitt, The young cast play out the story of Kenneth’s longing for a more exciting life and the consequences of leaving his wife for a woman who can’t cook. Torn between his appetite for food and his appetite for sex, Kenneth leads a manic and stressful life.
A cordon bleu comedy for those who like their humour rich and dark. A wicked exploration of jealousy, humiliation, deceit and betrayal which gives an entirely new meaning to the old adage, “the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach”.
