Both Sides of the Moon: Peter Darby Book Talk

Author Pete Darby will be in conversation with Brian Hinton poet, musicologist and curator at Dimbola Lodge about Pete's new book 'Both Sides of the Moon for Syd Barret' .
 
A multi media show with conversation, memories, music and poetry, centred around Pete Darby's misspent, or more properly well spent youth as part of the circle in hippie Cambridge that nestled around the magical figure of Syd Barrett
 
Pete brings him back to life in words, poems and music, and talks about the roots of 60's Bohemia in a quiet university city, and how the whole carnival later moved to the aftermath of Swinging London.
