A tragedy has destroyed almost the whole world, living aside just The North Pole, The Himalayas and The Tropicalia Island. Billions of refugees are arriving on boats, on a daily basis, to this small Island on the South Atlantic Ocean. Amanda Ferreira, the immigration officer, is on the shore talking to the Europeans refugees about the asylum rules and opportunities for them in her country. In a 50 minutes character comedy, the Brazilian performer Fernanda Mandagará, directed by Ramiro Silveira will bring stories, songs, dance, monkeys, lions and make-believe to a solo where meaning challenges
