The Spice Box

Prepare to be enchanted by Michele O’Brien’s entertaining and educating one woman street show. An intricate, interactive box has been washed up in one of the chines and Harriet, the museum curator has captured it. Be careful the exotic aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg and peppercorns don’t intoxicate you while you enjoy tales of daring voyages, tudor trading, pirate and pillaging all told by Ned and the Tudor spice box itself.

The Spice Box has enchanted tens of thousands people of all ages in Elizabethan manors, on streets and quaysides including the Devizes International Street Festival, Bristol Festival of Puppetry, Poole Street Festival, Bournemouth Arts by the Sea Festival and National Trust properties.
