Conditions of Sale
Tickets cannot be refunded. Once purchased, your ticket is your responsibility. The Berkoff Performing Arts Centre, Alton College cannot refund its value to you under any circumstances.

Personal data you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service that you have requested. Once you have booked tickets with the Berkoff Performing Arts Centre, Alton College box office your details will be held on our database. From time to time we may send you information about the Berkoff Performing Arts Centre, Alton College and its programme of events. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us by sending an email at unsubscribebpac[at]thelittleboxoffice[dot]com. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.
Concessions
- Concession price tickets are available for audience members who are; disabled, receiving state benefits, over 60 years of age and Students holding a valid NUS card (only when ‘student price tickets are unavailable)
- Student price tickets are available for any student holding a valid NUS card or Alton College student card.
- Concession price tickets may be limited by quantity and availability; if numbers are limited they will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
Bookings Fees & Charges
- Booking fees may be in accordance with member schemes, please refer to membership terms .
Filming
- Flash photography, video recording and any other forms of recording are strictly prohibited during performance.
- The Berkoff Performing Arts Centre, Alton College and any Co-Promoter may film Events and Productions, this may include general shots of the audience, and your acceptance is assumed as a condition of sale.
- Footage filmed by The Berkoff Performing Arts Centre, Alton College and any Co-Promoter may be distributed online or in physical form, no royalties shall be paid to audience members for their appearance.
Accessibility
- The Berkoff Theatre is fitted with an infra-red hearing system, the system uses neck-loops for anyone that uses a hearing aid, and an earphone for people that do not, neck-loops and earphones are free but limited, please book in advance or ask at the box office.
- The Berkoff Theatre has 2 wheelchair spaces in its standard configuration; we offer a free ticket for a registered carer when booking a wheelchair space, please call the box office to book.
- We welcome assistance dogs; please advise us in advance so we can have a bowl of water ready.
- Acclimatisation visits are welcomed; please call the box office to discuss an appropriate time.
- We cannot permit transfer from wheelchair to a fixed seat.
Latecomers
- Latecomers may not be permitted until the interval or a suitable point in the performance, no refund will be offered.
Food & Beverages
- Only food and drink purchased at the Berkoff Performing Arts Centre may be consumed during Productions & Events
Cancellation, Postponment & Refund
- Tickets cannot be refunded for cash or credit.
- In the occasion that an Event or Production has sold out and demand is high we will offer a ticket resale service, this service will only be available on the evening of the show.
- If an event is cancelled a refund will be offered, the refund will not include any box office fees.
- If an event is postponed all tickets will be valid for the rescheduled performance date.
Right to refuse entry
- The Berkoff Performing Arts Centre and Alton College reserve the right to refuse entry.
Sale of Alcohol
- Alcohol is sold subject to the Licencing Act 2003.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of alcoholic drinks sold per person.
- The Berkoff Performing Arts Centre reserves the right to enforce a minimum drinking age of 21 on site during some performances.
- The Berkoff Performing Arts Centre reserves the right to ask for proof of age ID when serving alcoholic beverages.

- Babes in arms must have a valid ticket.
