These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Sale and purchase

1.1 By submitting a completed order form on our website, www.youthscape.co.uk, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract with us. 1.2 Any advice or recommendations given by any representative of Youthscape to the Buyer relating to resources, which is not confirmed in writing by us, will not be binding.
1.3 Any variation to these terms and conditions will be acknowledged on the website.
