We are pleased to announce the relaunch of our ever popular themed foody nights at StarBistro.

The second of our three foody nights this academic year will be a Curry night, created by our chefs, who have been putting their own twist on the curry dishes that have been available on the StarBistro Main Menu over the last few years.

We hope that you will join us for what we are sure will be an exciting evening to tantalise your taste buds.

Mains
Traditional Chicken curry - Chicken thigh on the bone, slow cooked in roasted spices.
Lamb masala - Lamb, slow cooked in roasted spices
Tarka Dhal - Moong Dahl Beans with Garlic and roasted spices

Smoked Aubergine curry (Vegetarian and Vegan Option only) - Large Chunks of Aubergine smoked and cooked in a tangy spicy sauce

Kheer - Cold Indian rice pudding with apricot, cardoman topped with nut brittle
