The Pirates of Penzance

From Tuesday 4th to Friday 7th June, The Frazer Theatre welcomes back the Harrogate Gilbert & Sullivan Society. This year they will be performing The Pirates of Penzance.

Great news, it’s Frederic’s birthday! And he’s got everything he could ever want: freedom from a life of crime, a beautiful bride, and many a glass of pirate sherry. Nothing could possibly go wrong for him now – that is, so long as his past stays in the past.

Featuring soft-hearted pirates, cold-footed policemen, bright-eyed beauties, and the very model of a Modern Major-General, this production is guaranteed to be more fun than an escape to the seaside, bevy of beautiful maidens included. But with black sails on the horizon and no one sure what side they’re on, will everything end happily ever after?

There are performances at 7.30pm on Tuesday 4th, Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th June and a performance at 6pm on Friday 7th June.

Tickets are £15 (booking fee applies). Under 18s are free but do require a ticket. If you require disability access please call Carrie on 07788 906264 to book your tickets.

Please note seating is unreserved seating. Please arrive in good time to ensure your party can sit together. All ticket sales are final and no refunds can be offered unless the event is cancelled.
