The Little Box Office is a community orientated ticketing platform that does more than just ticketing. You can use our system to do multiple functions, from registrations, merchandise and more. When you are looking to create an event for your Cathedral, we have you covered.
Additionally, we provide flexible and accessible customer support for free to take care of any issues you may have when creating and running your event. We like to be part of your team when planning and running your events.
Our focus on community and people is what makes us standout from other platforms. We care about you and your event, no matter how big or small.
We offer two pricing options to ensure that our fees remain affordable however high or low your ticket prices are. You can choose between the following options:
- Option 1: 4.8% (incl. VAT)
- Option 2: 2% + £0.40 per ticket (incl. VAT)
Option 1 is the cheapest options if your ticket prices are on average below than £14; if above, option 2 is the cheapest option.
There are no monthly charges and no setup fees. Our fees excludes payment processing; we integrate with your own payment processor to ensure that the ticket sales money goes to you directly after each ticket is sold (expect to pay them 1.4% plus £0.20 per transaction).
Volume discounts are available (from £100k/year).
Yes, you can have full customisation of your own event page. We offer multiple customisable options for your buttons, tickets, event page, session display and everything during the booking process.
