Working with The Little Box Office has improved our Box Office exponentially. We now have an online presence but can still take telephone and personal bookings.

The tickets are automatically emailed to customers who book online or we can email or print them. The System gives us many reporting and searching capabilities and has been improved recently to allow us more control over the set up of Events and performance scheduling.

The staff at The Little Box Office are just an email or phone call away if we do need any help. They have always responded quickly to our requests – whether for help or for setting up the system for us. They are also interested in our experience of using the system and have made improvements to The Little Box office in response to our suggestions.

We are a guided tour company, based in Prague, where we offer small-group walking tours of the city.
