Between 2012 and 2015, Ian and his team at 'Second Sight' established the causes of mysterious shortfalls in branches of the Post Office, revealing what has been described as the country’s worst ever miscarriage of justice  – all claims rejected by the Post Office which by then had terminated their contract.
